The locating pin in trailer leaf springs are roughly 1/2", and are a standard size between different brands of springs.
To lift your trailer with leaf springs the best way is an over-under kit which moves your axle from above the leaf springs, to below which lifts the trailer by the diameter of the axle plus the height of the leaf spring stack.
